Columns:
  year                year of FDA approval
  fda_approval_count  count of distinct medicines with that FDA approval year

Method: distinct medicines (deduplicated by drug slug) grouped by the year of
their FDA approval date, from year 2000 onward. Only years with at least one
approval appear. Regenerated on every site build.
