                              those withdrawn before starting or terminated early

Column-name warning: active_trial_count is our internal database field name and it
is misleading. The column is not a count of currently active trials: the majority
of what it counts is completed trials. Read it as "on record", not as "active".
The name is retained here only so the CSV keeps matching the field name used
elsewhere in our data.

Known limitations, and which way each one is wrong:
  - active_trial_count EXCLUDES withdrawn and terminated trials, so it is smaller
    than the total number of trials we hold for a condition, by roughly a tenth.
    Do not read it as our full coverage of a condition.
  - recruiting_trial_count uses the strict registry status only. Trials listed as
    not yet recruiting or enrolling by invitation are excluded, so it understates
    how many may open to new participants soon.
  - australian_site_trial_count counts a listed site, not confirmed enrolment at
    it, and trials registered only on ANZCTR (not also on ClinicalTrials.gov) are
    not counted at all. Both understate Australian activity.

Method: counts are read from the most recent Voxsanity condition snapshot, which
is computed nightly from ClinicalTrials.gov registrations. Regenerated on every
site build.
