Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
  • Your HbA1c blood sugar level is above 7.5% (this is a measure of your average blood sugar over the past few months — confirm with trial site if unsure of your level)
  • You are over 18 years old

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a type of diabetes other than type 2 diabetes (for example, type 1 diabetes)
  • You have a neurological, psychiatric, or cognitive condition that would make it difficult for you to fully understand and take part in the workshop sessions
