Data corrections

If you believe any trial, approval, or pipeline data on Voxsanity is incorrect, please email voxsanityhq@gmail.com with the subject line "Data correction" and include the page URL and the specific error. We take data accuracy seriously and will review all corrections promptly.

Media enquiries

For media enquiries, interview requests, or data licensing questions, email voxsanityhq@gmail.com with the subject line "Media" or "Data licensing".

Provider enquiries

Are you a GP, specialist, or health professional interested in using Voxsanity with patients? What is already live for clinicians is on the for clinicians page. If you want to tell us what would make it more useful in your practice, use the form below and choose Provider enquiry.

Privacy questions and complaints

To ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email voxsanityhq@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy". If you have an account, you can delete your data yourself from your account page at any time. If you think we have mishandled your personal information, our complaints process sets out how to raise it with us and how to escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied.

If someone in your family has died and they had an account or a subscription with us, you can email that same address and we will take care of closing it and stopping any further email. You do not need to have their password, and there is nothing you need to prepare before you write.

Reporting a side effect from a medicine? Please also report it to the Therapeutic Goods Administration, who collect these officially, and speak to your doctor or pharmacist. We are not a reporting channel and cannot give medical advice. If it is an emergency, call 000.

We store your name, email address, the topic you pick and whatever you write here, so we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry. It is not linked to any Voxsanity account and does not create one. You do not need to tell us anything about your health or anyone else's to get an answer, so please send only what you want us to have — but if describing a condition helps us answer, that is fine, and we treat it with the same care as everything else. Read our privacy policy, or ask us to delete your message at any time.
