Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with Chronic Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (a condition where the immune system attacks platelets), Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (a condition where the immune system attacks red blood cells), or Evans Syndrome (both conditions occurring at the same time).
  • You are starting your first second-line treatment (meaning a second attempt at treatment after the first approach) using one of these specific medicines: azathioprine, ciclosporine, eltrombopag, hydroxychloroquine, mycophenolate mofetil, rituximab, or romiplostim.
  • You are already registered in a specific patient database called OBS'CEREVANCE.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are already taking immune-suppressing medication for a different immune system condition at the time you start this new second-line treatment.
  • You are starting two different second-line treatments on the exact same day.
  • You, or your legal guardian if applicable, have said you do not wish to take part in the study after reading the information provided about it.
