Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer, confirmed by a tissue sample examined in a lab
- You have already had surgery to remove as much of the cancer as possible, followed by chemotherapy that included a drug called cisplatin
- You have had a second surgical procedure (either a small "keyhole" surgery or a larger abdominal operation) within 8 weeks of joining the trial, which confirmed that any remaining cancer is no larger than 1.0 cm (about the size of a small pea)
- You are in reasonably good general health, able to carry out normal activities with only minor limitations (confirm with trial site)
- Your white blood cell count, platelet count, liver function, and kidney function are all within acceptable ranges (confirm with trial site)
- You already have a working implanted catheter device placed under the skin in your abdomen, used to deliver treatment directly into the abdominal cavity
Who may not be able to join:
- You have significant nerve damage (such as numbness, pain, or weakness) caused by previous chemotherapy
- You have a condition that makes it unsafe to receive treatment directly into the abdominal cavity, such as an infection inside the abdomen or extensive internal scar tissue (adhesions)
