Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman aged 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with cancer of the ovary, fallopian tube, or the lining of the abdomen (called primary peritoneal cancer), confirmed by a lab test
- Your cancer has stopped responding to, or came back during or shortly after, platinum-based chemotherapy treatment
- Your cancer can be measured on scans and has been shown to be growing
Who may not be able to join:
- Your first chemotherapy treatment did not include a platinum-based drug (such as carboplatin or cisplatin)
- You have a serious heart condition
- You have a blockage in your intestines that is affecting your ability to eat or get proper nutrition
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- You have previously been treated with a drug called liposomal doxorubicin (sometimes known as Doxil or Caelyx) for ovarian cancer
- You have previously been treated with a drug called TLK286
