Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
  • You must be 18 years of age or older, male or female, and have a solid tumour that has stopped responding to standard treatments or has no known cure
  • Your cancer must have been confirmed by a lab test (tissue sample) and must be one of these types: non-small cell lung cancer, cancer of the oesophagus or stomach, kidney cancer, liver cancer, or adrenal gland cancer
  • Your cancer must be measurable, meaning it can be detected and tracked using scans or tests
  • A test on your tumour tissue (either stored or newly taken) must show the presence of a specific protein called N-cadherin
  • You must have an acceptable level of general health and your heart, blood, and organ function must meet certain standards confirmed by blood tests and a heart tracing (ECG)

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have previously received a drug called ADH-1 in another study or treatment
  • You have had chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or taken part in another drug trial within the last 30 days
  • You have a history of spinal cord compression, a brain tumour, or cancer that has spread to the brain, unless it was fully treated with no return for at least 6 months
  • Your tumour has shown signs of significant active bleeding (such as coughing up blood, vomiting blood, blood in urine, or bleeding from the tumour surface) within the last 12 weeks
  • You have had a stroke, major surgery, or serious tissue injury within the last 30 days
  • You have a history of uncontrolled heart failure, coronary artery disease, or dangerous heart rhythm problems
  • You have had a heart attack within the last 12 months
  • You have significant abnormalities shown on a heart tracing (ECG) (confirm with trial site)
  • You have a known condition that causes your blood to clot too easily
