Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are currently receiving inpatient mental health treatment
  • You have made a suicide attempt within the past month
  • You have a main caregiver (such as a parent or guardian) who is willing to take part in follow-up care after treatment
  • You are able to travel to CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia)
  • You do not have a history of psychosis or significant intellectual disability
  • You can speak and understand English well enough to participate

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are being discharged to a residential care placement (such as a group home or residential facility) rather than returning home
