Who may be able to join
"Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be over 18 years of age
- You must be a woman with cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen (peritoneum), believed to have started in the ovaries
- You must have had or be planning to have a keyhole surgery procedure to assess the spread of cancer, either for the first time or because the cancer has come back — if already done, it must have been within the last 4 weeks, and a specific score measuring cancer spread (called the Sugarbaker Peritoneal Cancer Index) must be recorded
- You must have a general health status rated between 0 and 2 on the WHO scale, meaning you are able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (confirm with trial site)
- You must be a member of the French social security system (confirm with trial site)
- You must have signed a written consent form agreeing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- Men are not eligible for this trial
- You cannot join if there is a medical reason why keyhole surgery would not be safe for you
- You cannot join if you have a medical or psychological condition that could affect your ability to fully participate in the study
- You cannot join if you are in prison, or if you are under legal guardianship or protective supervision

evaluate the number of patients with or without laparotomy after evaluation of the resectability by coelioscopy and coelioscopy more manual exploration
