Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have noticeable symptoms of an eating disorder, based on answers to a self-reported questionnaire
  • You own an Android or iPhone smartphone and are willing to use it as part of the study
  • You can speak and read English
  • You currently live in the United States
  • You are at least 16 years old

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a visual, hearing, voice, or physical impairment that would make it difficult to complete the study activities
  • You have certain mental health conditions that could make joining a therapy-based clinical trial unsafe or unsuitable, such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, or severe PTSD (confirm with trial site)
  • You are currently having serious thoughts of suicide, including having a plan or intention to act on those thoughts
  • You are currently receiving therapy sessions once a week or more for an eating disorder, or plan to start doing so during the 12 weeks of the study
