Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your cancer has spread to nearby areas or other parts of the body, and surgery to fully remove it is not possible.
- (Phase 1 only) You have any type of advanced or metastatic solid tumor cancer.
- (Phase 1 only) Your cancer has continued to grow or spread after trying available treatments.
- (Phase 2 only) You have advanced or metastatic cervical cancer, stomach/esophageal/gastroesophageal junction cancer, head and neck squamous cell cancer, head and neck squamous cell cancer that stopped responding to a specific type of immunotherapy (PD-1), or melanoma that has come back after a specific type of immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1).
- Your cancer can be measured on scans using standard medical criteria.
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (confirm with trial site).
Who may not be able to join:
- Your recent blood tests or medical history results fall outside the ranges required by the trial.
- You have previously received a specific type of treatment that targets a protein called "tumor necrosis factor super family" (confirm with trial site).
- You have recently received cancer treatments or other experimental drugs within a certain time period before the trial start (confirm with trial site for exact timeframes).
- You are still experiencing significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment.
- You have an active condition where your immune system attacks your own body.
- You have active cancer that has spread to your brain or the lining around your brain and spinal cord.
- You currently have, or have previously had, certain serious lung conditions or lung inflammation.
- You have an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection, or are at risk of either virus becoming active again.
- You have a known history of HIV infection.
