Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 20 and 35 years old
• Your partner's sperm test results are within normal ranges, meaning sperm count, movement, and shape all meet certain healthy levels (based on WHO 2010 standards)
• You have confirmed ovulation, shown through body temperature tracking, a blood progesterone test mid-cycle, and ultrasound monitoring
• Your fallopian tubes are open and your uterus has no abnormalities, confirmed by a special X-ray test (HSG) and/or keyhole surgery (laparoscopy)
• Your hormone levels (including progesterone, estrogen, FSH, LH, and TSH) are all within normal ranges, tested on day 2 of your menstrual cycle

Who may not be able to join:

• The cause of infertility is related to the male partner's sperm
• You have growths in the uterus, such as fibroids
• Your fallopian tubes are blocked or damaged, as confirmed by medical testing
• You have certain health conditions that may make a specific type of treatment unsafe, such as chronic liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, or migraines (confirm with trial site)
• You have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), based on specific medical criteria
• You have other health conditions that can cause similar symptoms to PCOS, such as thyroid disease, a specific hormonal condition affecting the adrenal glands, high prolactin levels, or tumours that affect hormone levels
• You have other ongoing health conditions such as an autoimmune disease or diabetes, or you have been taking medications to stimulate ovulation or certain anti-inflammatory painkillers (such as NSAIDs)
