Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been told by a doctor that you have subjective cognitive complaints (this means you feel you are having memory or thinking problems, even if tests don't show a clear cause)
  • You are 65 years old or older
  • You speak English
  • You have a family member, friend, or carer who is able to fill out some surveys about you
  • You are able to walk and move around on your own

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a known condition affecting the brain or nervous system (such as Parkinson's disease or a history of stroke)
  • You have a serious mental health condition, such as current depression
