Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have memory concerns that led you to visit a specialist memory clinic (in Poitiers), and your doctors have recommended an MRI scan as part of your regular care
  • You are under 90 years old
  • You scored between 20 and 30 on a standard memory and thinking test called the MMSE (a common short test used by doctors to check memory and thinking skills)
  • You are not under any form of legal guardianship and are free to make your own decisions
  • You are covered by French social security

Who may not be able to join:

  • Your MRI scan shows signs of vascular disease (problems with blood vessels in the brain), a tumor, or inflammation in the brain
  • You have been diagnosed with a brain-related degenerative condition other than Alzheimer's disease
  • You have another diagnosed neurological condition that is not related to brain degeneration (confirm with trial site)
  • You have a serious health condition that poses an immediate risk to your life
  • You have a severe psychiatric (mental health) condition that is not well controlled
