  • You are a woman aged 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer (known as stage III or IV) of a specific type called epithelial ovarian cancer (this includes several subtypes such as serous, mucinous, endometrioid, clear cell, or mixed types)
  • Your diagnosis was made between January 2014 and December 2018
  • At least 12 months of your health records are available from before your ovarian cancer diagnosis (these records do not need to be specifically about ovarian cancer)

Who may not be able to join:

  • Your ovarian cancer was diagnosed at an early stage (FIGO Stage I, IIA, IIB, or IIC)
