Who may be able to join

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have been diagnosed with at least one of the following conditions: coronary heart disease, heart attack, heart failure, irregular heartbeat, blocked arteries in the legs, stroke, mini-stroke (TIA), diabetes (type 1 or 2), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, kidney problems, depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, or nerve damage in the hands or feet

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are not able to give your own consent to take part in the study
  • You have severe vision problems that would make participation difficult
  • You do not have sufficient German language skills to take part
  • You do not have access to a device (such as a computer or tablet) or are unable to use an internet browser
