Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) after being seen by a doctor and having blood tests and an ultrasound scan, possibly after visiting due to concerns like hair growth, acne, irregular periods, or difficulty getting pregnant
- You are a woman between the ages of 18 and 35
- You do not have a known diagnosis of cancer, liver failure, or kidney failure
- You are not currently taking recreational drugs, ACE inhibitors (a type of blood pressure medication), or ARBs (another type of blood pressure medication) (confirm with trial site if unsure about your medications)
- You do not currently have an active infection
Who may not be able to join:
- You are a woman younger than 18 or older than 35
- You have a known diagnosis of cancer, liver failure, or kidney failure
- You are currently taking recreational drugs, ACE inhibitors, or ARBs (confirm with trial site if unsure about your medications)
- You currently have an active infection
