Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer, but not the mucinous type of ovarian cancer
- Blood plasma samples taken before your surgery and again 4 to 7 weeks after your surgery are available for testing
- Each of those blood plasma samples must be at least 4 ml in volume (a small amount, roughly less than a teaspoon)
- Your cancer is classified as stage I through stage IV and you had surgery with the goal of curing the disease, with no visible cancer remaining after the operation
Who may not be able to join:
- Your medical records or clinical history are not available
- You have had less than 6 months of follow-up care since your surgery
- You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the last 5 years
- One or both of the required blood plasma samples (before and after surgery) are missing
