Delete your data

Voxsanity holds your email address, your account profile and subscription record if you have one, the conditions you follow, the sponsors you follow, the medicines you follow, the trials you saved, the tags and saved views you created, any corrections you have asked for, the data-download links you have requested, whether the alert emails we sent you were delivered or opened, and the log of emails we have sent you. You can delete all of it here, immediately.

What gets deleted: every condition and sponsor you follow, every trial you saved to your shortlist, your tags and saved views, your subscription record, any corrections you have asked for, the data-download links you have requested, the log of emails we have sent you, and the account itself. Want a copy first? Ask for your data from your account before deleting — we email you a single-use link, so it needs your password and your inbox. To stop the emails without deleting anything, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any alert or monthly update email.

If you pay for Voxsanity: deleting your account cancels your subscription in Stripe at the same time, so you will not be charged again. Cancellation is immediate rather than at the end of the month you have paid for, because the account is removed straight away — the remainder of the current period is not refunded automatically. If you would like a refund as well, read the refund terms and contact us before you delete, while we can still match your account to your request. If anything stops us cancelling your subscription, nothing is deleted at all and we will tell you so — we will never leave you paying for an account we have erased.
