The Australian picture, without enterprise pricing.
Built for smaller Australian teams, advocacy organisations, research institutions, and investors who need worldwide clinical trial and sponsor data with an Australian lens. Drawn from the same public government registries as the rest of Voxsanity, updated nightly, not quarterly. Built to sit alongside whatever global research tool you already use, not replace it.
Ready to grow? Here is exactly what changes.
You are already using Voxsanity to track what matters to you. Here is what moving your organisation to Business unlocks, compared with the free tier.
Six things that change how your team works.
All six are live in the dashboard today, backed by data we hold and refresh nightly.
Tag & organise
Unlimited group tags across sponsors, conditions, and therapeutic areas, one per client, project, or internal team, so your tracking mirrors how your organisation actually works.
Alerts on everything you follow
Results alerts, new sponsor trial activity, and new approvals, with links checked before they are ever sent. Business has no limit on what you can follow, so nothing you care about goes untracked.
Market intelligence
See which sponsors are active in a therapeutic area, how many trials, and the most active sponsors in each, filtered to trials with an Australian site. Sourced entirely from public registries, and it is what the dashboard shows you today. Counts, not rankings.
Export & share
The dashboard view exports to CSV, so it drops straight into your own briefings, board papers, or grant submissions without re-keying anything.
Funding trends
The NIH research-funding data behind this is real and populated for all 103 conditions, and a sample of it is shown just below. The Funding and Pipeline view in the Business Hub breaks it down by therapeutic area and gives the year on year trend for every condition, with CSV export.
Find the white space
The Australian site-penetration data that shows which conditions have real trial activity and which are overlooked exists for all 103 conditions. The White space view in the Business Hub surfaces it, filterable by condition and category and sortable by Phase 3 activity or by Australian penetration, with CSV export.
Where NIH research funding is actually going
Source: NIH Reporter, aggregated by condition category at build time, United States federal funding only. Conditions with no recorded NIH funding contribute nothing to these shares, so a category's share reflects the conditions we track within it, not the whole field. This is a sample of the funding data behind Voxsanity. The full view, covering every condition with its year on year trend, is the Funding and Pipeline view in the Business Hub.
The most active sponsors, and how much of it reaches Australia.
Total trials recorded under each sponsor in public registries, and how many have at least one Australian site. Australian share is that ratio. Counts drawn from ClinicalTrials.gov, not rankings or assessments.
| Sponsor | Total trials | Australian-site trials | Australian share |
|---|---|---|---|
| National Cancer Institute (NCI) | 2,266 | 34 | 1.5% |
| AstraZeneca | 1,866 | 205 | 11% |
| Novartis | 1,835 | 286 | 15.6% |
| GlaxoSmithKline | 1,621 | 206 | 12.7% |
| M.D. Anderson Cancer Center | 1,594 | 2 | 0.1% |
| Pfizer | 1,451 | 205 | 14.1% |
Two of the largest global sponsors here run almost nothing onshore (M.D. Anderson Cancer Center 0.1%, National Cancer Institute (NCI) 1.5%), while others place a meaningful share in Australia. That gap is the kind of thing the dashboard is built to make visible. A sponsor's Australian share counts trials that list an Australian site, which is not the same as a trial currently enrolling here, and trials registered only on ANZCTR are not counted at all, so these shares understate Australian activity.

Three different people, three different reasons to use it.
Preparing for a client meeting, uses the dashboard to see which sponsors are most active in a specific therapeutic area and how many of their trials reach an Australian site. The findings go straight into the meeting brief, exported as CSV, in under ten minutes.
Building a grant submission, pulls the free sponsor profiles and the dashboard's therapeutic-area view to show how little of the global activity in their condition reaches Australia, an argument that used to take a research assistant a week to compile from raw registries.
Tags every sponsor active in their own condition area, sets alerts across all of them, and finds out about a competitor's Phase 3 results the same week they are posted, not months later when someone happens to mention it.
