Voxsanity in numbers
Citable statistics on clinical trial activity and Australian access, drawn entirely from public government registries and updated nightly. Figures below are computed at build time, not hand-entered.
Every number below traces back to ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA, or NIH Reporter directly, not a third-party aggregator. Full sourcing and citation format are at the bottom of this page.
"Trials tracked" counts every trial in our database, at every stage, including withdrawn and terminated ones: the full scale of what is covered. "Trials recruiting globally" counts only trials whose registry status is exactly "Recruiting". Trials listed as not yet recruiting or enrolling by invitation are not included, so that figure understates how many may open to new participants soon. Individual condition pages report a third, narrower measure, "trials on record", which excludes withdrawn and terminated trials; each condition page states its own basis.

Australian recruiting trials for the conditions we are piloting closely
A live count of trials currently recruiting at Australian sites for the three conditions in our access pilot. Real, current data from ClinicalTrials.gov.

Conditions with real late-stage (Phase 3) research worldwide, sorted by the share of their currently recruiting trials that have an Australian site, highest to lowest. A 0% entry is real: that condition has substantial global research yet no recruiting trial at an Australian site at all.
Australian site share is recruiting trials with at least one Australian site, as a share of that condition's recruiting trials (condition_monthly_snapshots, recomputed nightly from the full trials table). The Phase 3 figure alongside is the authoritative recruiting Phase 3 count from the same source. Sampled across the full access range from a pool of conditions with 10 or more recruiting Phase 3 trials.

Conditions with the most currently recruiting Phase 3 (late-stage) trials worldwide. The teal bar and figure under each show what share of that condition's recruiting trials reach an Australian site.
Recruiting Phase 3 counts are from condition_monthly_snapshots, recomputed nightly from the full trials table (the authoritative current-activity figure). Australian access rate is recruiting trials with an Australian site as a share of that condition's recruiting trials.
The shape of the registered pipeline, by phase
The six conditions with the most Phase 3 trials in the pipeline dataset, and how their earlier phases compare. Read this as a different lens from the charts above.
Different measure from the charts above. These are cumulative registered trials of any status (including long-concluded ones) from the pipeline dataset, so they run higher than the currently recruiting Phase 3 counts above and are not directly comparable with them. Both are real; they measure different things.
Where NIH research funding is going, by condition category

Conditions with no recorded NIH funding contribute nothing to these shares, so a category's share reflects the conditions we track within it, not the whole field.

Share of own trials is Australian-site trials as a percentage of that sponsor's own total. A sponsor's registry name variants are counted together (for example both Novartis spellings). Source: sponsor_directory_stats_cache, refreshed nightly and read at build time. A trial is attributed to the sponsor string on its registry record, so a sponsor that registers under a name variant we do not yet merge will be undercounted here.
Our coverage, growing since we started tracking daily
This is Voxsanity's own tracked coverage expanding as we ingest more of the public registries, not a claim about real-world research changing this fast. Our condition list itself grew from 100 to 103 partway through this window. The two series are each normalised to their own range, so the shape of growth is comparable; they do not share one absolute scale.
