Dynamic equinus foot deformity
The condition must be due to spasticity; AND
Patient must have cerebral palsy; AND
Patient must be ambulant; AND
Patient must be aged from 2 to 17 years inclusive; AND
Must be treated by a neurologist; or
Must be treated by an orthopaedic surgeon; or
Must be treated by a paediatrician; or
Must be treated by a rehabilitation specialist.
