Metastatic colorectal cancer
Initial treatment
Patient must have a WHO performance status of 1 or less; AND
Patient must have been previously treated with or not considered a candidate for treatment with fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, irinotecan-based chemotherapies, an anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) agent and an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (anti-EGFR) agent for this condition; AND
The treatment must be the sole PBS-subsidised therapy for this condition.
The patient's WHO performance status and body weight must be documented in the patient's medical records at the time the treatment is initiated.

Metastatic colorectal cancer
Continuing treatment
Patient must have previously been treated with PBS-subsidised treatment with this drug for this condition; AND
Patient must not develop progressive disease whilst receiving PBS-subsidised treatment with this drug for this condition; AND
The treatment must be the sole PBS-subsidised therapy for this condition.
