Asthma
The condition must be stable for the prescriber to consider the listed maximum quantity of this medicine suitable for this patient; AND
Patient must have previously had frequent episodes of asthma while receiving treatment with oral corticosteroids or optimal doses of inhaled corticosteroids; AND
Patient must be aged 4 years or older.
