Eligibility criteria for subsidised access

Listing of Pharmaceutical Benefits (NHL) - Schedule 4 part 1
Locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma
Patient must have a test of tumour tissue confirming the presence of an IDH1 R132 variant; AND
Patient must have had systemic therapy for this condition prior to initiating treatment with this drug for this condition; AND
Patient must have/have had a WHO performance status of 2 or less at treatment initiation with this drug; AND
The treatment must be the sole PBS-subsidised therapy for this condition; AND
Patient must not have developed disease progression while receiving PBS-subsidised treatment with this drug for this condition.
Confirm that evidence of the presence of a pathogenic variant of the IDH1 gene is documented/retained in the patient's medical records once only with the first PBS prescription.
