Eligibility criteria for subsidised access

Listing of Pharmaceutical Benefits (NHL) - Schedule 4 part 1
Stage IV (metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
Patient must have/have had a WHO performance status of no greater than 2 at treatment initiation with this drug for this condition; AND
The condition must be positive for a BRAF V600E mutation; AND
Patient must be receiving trametinib and dabrafenib concomitantly for this condition; AND
Patient must be undergoing initial treatment with this drug; or
Patient must be undergoing continuing treatment with this drug, with an absence of further disease progression while being treated with this drug; or
Patient must be undergoing non-PBS-subsidised treatment with this drug for this PBS indication, with an absence of further disease progression since commencing non-PBS-subsidised supply.
