Listing of Pharmaceutical Benefits (NHL) - Schedule 4 part 1
Locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma
Patient must have evidence of a fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) fusion or rearrangement at treatment initiation; AND
Patient must have/have had received at least one line of systemic therapy prior to treatment initiation; AND
Patient must have/have had a World Health Organisation (WHO) performance status of no greater than 1 at treatment initiation with this drug; AND
The treatment must be the sole PBS-subsidised therapy for this condition; AND
Patient must not have developed disease progression while being treated with this drug for this condition.
