Patient must be aged 2 to 5 years inclusive; AND

The condition must be frequent intermittent; or

The condition must be mild persistent; AND

The treatment must be the single preventer agent; AND

The treatment must be an alternative to sodium cromoglycate; or

The treatment must be an alternative to nedocromil sodium.
