Who might be able to join this trial:
For people with a metabolic condition:
- You have been diagnosed with PKU (phenylketonuria) or another amino acid disorder (a condition affecting how the body processes certain proteins)
- You are female
- You are 11 years old or older
- You are able to give your consent to take part in the study
For healthy volunteers (camp counselors or staff):
- You are an adult working as a camp counselor or staff member and are considered to be in good health
- You have NOT been diagnosed with PKU, MSUD (maple syrup urine disease), or any other inherited metabolic disorder
- You are willing and able to sign a written consent form to participate
- You are willing and able to follow the camp guidelines and study procedures
Who may not be able to join:
- Anyone who does not meet the criteria listed above (confirm with trial site)
