Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 6 and 23 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with, or doctors suspect you may have, autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) or primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), which are conditions affecting the liver.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously had a liver transplant.
- You have chronic Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C that has not been treated.
- You are currently pregnant.
- You are unable to have an MRI scan for any reason, such as having a pacemaker, metal implants in your body, or severe claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces).
- You have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis or biliary atresia (a liver condition present from birth).
- You have been diagnosed with a heart-related liver condition called cardiac hepatopathy.
- You have been diagnosed with Wilson's disease, Alpha-1 Antitrypsin deficiency, or Glycogen storage disease, which are conditions that affect how the body processes certain substances.
- You have a skin condition that could be made worse by the procedure used in this trial, such as Epidermolysis bullosa (a condition that causes very fragile skin) (confirm with trial site).
