Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged 18 years or older
  • People who have a solid tumour (cancer or growth) in the stomach, liver, kidney, or adrenal glands that is smaller than 5cm at its widest point and has been identified as needing treatment
  • People who are not suitable for surgery for one or more of the following reasons: they have been assessed as having significant health risks that make surgery unsafe, they have another serious cancer, or a specialist has determined surgery is unsuitable for another reason

  • People who are pregnant
  • People who have a mental health condition or cognitive difficulty that prevents them from fully understanding what the study involves and what taking part could mean for them
  • People who are unwilling to attend follow-up appointments after the procedure
  • People who have liver cirrhosis (scarring of the liver), high blood pressure in the liver's blood vessels, or enlarged veins in the stomach caused by liver problems
