Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have a solid tumour (cancer or growth) in the stomach, liver, kidney, or adrenal glands that is smaller than 5cm at its widest point and has been identified as needing treatment
- People who are not suitable for surgery for one or more of the following reasons: they have been assessed as having significant health risks that make surgery unsafe, they have another serious cancer, or a specialist has determined surgery is unsuitable for another reason
- People who are otherwise healthy but prefer not to have surgical removal of the tumour
- People whose condition is suitable for an endoscopic procedure (a procedure using a small camera passed into the body)
- People who are willing and able to provide written consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have blood clotting problems, as shown by certain blood test results falling outside specific ranges, or a low platelet count (the cells that help blood clot)
- People who are pregnant
- People who have a mental health condition or cognitive difficulty that prevents them from fully understanding what the study involves and what taking part could mean for them
- People who are unwilling to attend follow-up appointments after the procedure
- People who have liver cirrhosis (scarring of the liver), high blood pressure in the liver's blood vessels, or enlarged veins in the stomach caused by liver problems
