Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have not had any abdominal (stomach area) surgery, except for removal of the appendix or gallbladder
- You have been diagnosed with a gut infection caused by Campylobacter bacteria, confirmed by a stool (poo) test
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), microscopic colitis, or celiac disease
- You had a stomach or gut infection in the six months before getting your Campylobacter infection
- You are currently pregnant
