Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- People who have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes within the last two years, based on American Diabetes Association standards

- People who have previously received a lifestyle intervention program from a diabetes specialist (endocrinologist)
- People who are already physically active more than five times per week
- People who are currently taking part in another interventional research study
