Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years who have a diagnosed disability
- Children who are able to take part in setting their own therapy goals, as determined by their therapists
- Children who have been referred to physiotherapy and/or occupational therapy for a period of direct treatment
- Children who speak English
Who may not be able to join:
- Children whose parent or guardian who attends therapy sessions does not speak English
- Children who have a diagnosis that involves skills getting worse over time rather than developing (developmental regression)
- Children who have had a seizure within the past 2 months or whose seizures are not currently under control
