Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are male
• You have severe hemophilia A, meaning your Factor VIII levels are below 1%
• You are 16 years old or older
• You are currently taking either Factor VIII or emicizumab as a regular preventive treatment, and you plan to stay on that same treatment for the next 3 years
• You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
• You are willing to have joint ultrasound scans, a bone density scan (DEXA), and possibly give blood samples for research purposes
• You are willing to attend an initial visit and then 3 follow-up visits over 3 years
• You are willing to answer a phone survey about bleeding and safety every 3 months

Who may not be able to join:

• You have developed antibodies (called inhibitors) against Factor VIII above a certain level (confirm with trial site)
• You are unable to receive Factor VIII replacement therapy
• You have another bleeding disorder in addition to hemophilia A
• You have a rheumatological condition (such as arthritis) that affects your joints
• You have a known condition affecting your nerves or movement that would make a physical examination difficult (confirm with trial site)
