Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men and women between the ages of 19 and 70 years old
- People who have had a procedure (done through a camera scope) to remove a high-grade pre-cancerous growth or early stomach cancer
- People whose tissue results after the removal procedure met specific medical guidelines confirming the procedure was considered fully successful (confirm with trial site)
- People who either never had a stomach bacteria infection called H. pylori, or who have already been treated and cleared of it

Who may not be able to join:
- People who take aspirin regularly to prevent heart attacks or strokes
- People who have taken aspirin more than 3 times a week in the 2 months before joining the trial
- People who use blood thinners or anti-clotting medications for a medical condition
- People who have previously had part or all of their stomach surgically removed
- People currently being treated for a serious health condition such as severe heart problems, liver cirrhosis, kidney failure, serious lung disease, or an uncontrolled infection
- People at high risk of bleeding complications, such as those with a brain aneurysm, abnormal blood vessels, varicose veins in the esophagus or stomach, or a blood clotting disorder like hemophilia
- People with an active stomach or intestinal ulcer (people who have fully recovered from an ulcer may still be eligible)
- People who have been diagnosed with and are actively being treated for another type of cancer within the past 5 years (certain very early-stage or skin cancers may be exceptions — confirm with trial site)
- People whose stomach cancer removal procedure was not considered fully successful or complete
- People who are allergic to aspirin or have a medical reason they cannot take it
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People with alcohol dependency or drug abuse issues
- People considered unsuitable for the trial by the study doctor
- People who are unable or unwilling to sign the consent form
- People who took less than 80% of a required trial medication during an initial 28-day test period before the study begins
