- (For participants with autism spectrum disorder only) People who have a formal diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

- People whose medication has not been stabilized
- People who are currently experiencing short-term or long-term pain
- People who have a condition or are taking a treatment that could change how pain is experienced
- People who have difficulties controlling eye movement or other movement-related neurological conditions
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are currently under legal detention or deprivation of liberty
- People who do not agree to take part or do not agree to being video recorded during the study
- (For participants without ASD only) People who are adults under legal protection orders
- (For participants without ASD only) People who have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
