- People who are 70 years of age or older at the time of their first appointment at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center (DF/BWCC)
- People who have been diagnosed with a gastrointestinal cancer, which includes cancers of the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver, bile duct, ampulla, colon, rectum, or anus, as well as neuroendocrine tumors
- People who will be continuing their cancer care at DF/BWCC after their first consultation visit

- People who are under 70 years of age at the time of their first consultation appointment at DF/BWCC
- People who will not be continuing their care at DF/BWCC after their first visit
- People who do not speak English or Spanish
- People whose primary cancer care team considers enrollment to be unsuitable due to complex medical, social, or other circumstances
- People whose mental health conditions or personal circumstances may make it difficult to follow the study requirements (confirm with trial site)
