Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already been treated with a combination of all the drugs being studied in this trial
- People who have a known allergy to any of the study drugs
- People whose cancer has certain specific molecular or genetic features, including HER-2 amplification or overexpression, a particular protein repair deficiency (dMMR), or high microsatellite instability (MSI-H)
- People who have a type of bowel obstruction where the blood supply to the bowel is cut off (strangulated obstruction)
- People who have active bleeding in the digestive tract
- People with an active infection that is not under control
- People with serious heart conditions, including heart failure, recent heart attack, angina, or severe abnormalities on a heart tracing (ECG)
- People with serious lung conditions, such as scarring of the lungs, pulmonary fibrosis, or severe emphysema
- People with mental health conditions or nervous system diseases that would affect their ability to participate in the trial
- People whose cancer has spread to the brain or its surrounding membranes
- People with HIV infection, or hepatitis that is active and untreated
- People who require surgery or a stent procedure to treat their bowel blockage
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People with other conditions that the trial site considers unsuitable for participation (confirm with trial site)
