  • People who have active bleeding in the digestive tract
  • People with an active infection that is not under control
  • People with serious heart conditions, including heart failure, recent heart attack, angina, or severe abnormalities on a heart tracing (ECG)
  • People with serious lung conditions, such as scarring of the lungs, pulmonary fibrosis, or severe emphysema
  • People with mental health conditions or nervous system diseases that would affect their ability to participate in the trial
  • People whose cancer has spread to the brain or its surrounding membranes
  • People with HIV infection, or hepatitis that is active and untreated
  • People who require surgery or a stent procedure to treat their bowel blockage
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
  • People with other conditions that the trial site considers unsuitable for participation (confirm with trial site)
