Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer has been confirmed by a tissue or cell sample (biopsy), is at a specific stage (locally advanced but has not spread to distant parts of the body or nearby organs), and may be removable with surgery.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are willing to allow leftover tumor tissue (already collected during your normal diagnosis) to be used for research analysis.

- You have known allergies or medical reasons why you cannot take common chemotherapy drugs, immunotherapy drugs, or their ingredients.
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- The trial doctor feels, for any other reason, that joining this study would not be appropriate for you (confirm with trial site).
