- You are 18 years old or older and have been diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus, the area where the esophagus meets the stomach, or the stomach itself (all types of these cancers are included).
- Your cancer may or may not have a specific protein marker called erbB2, and you can still be considered even if this information is not known.
- You have been followed by a medical team for at least 3 months with health information recorded during that time, unless you passed away early for any reason.
