Who may not be able to join:

- People who cannot undergo the brain electrode procedure — for example, those with an active infection, serious heart, lung, kidney, or liver disease, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are currently taking blood-thinning medication (such as medication to prevent blood clots)
