For people with cancer:

  • People who have a primary diagnosis of cancer

  • People who can read and speak English
  • People who are able to complete follow-up check-ins at set times during the study

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose doctor has assessed them as having a cognitive impairment that would prevent them from using the digital health coaching program or completing study assessments
  • People whose doctor has assessed them as having a neurological, musculoskeletal, or other health condition that would prevent them from being physically active
  • People whose life expectancy is less than 6 months
  • People who are currently receiving treatment for cancer that has come back (relapsed disease) — though people who experience a relapse after joining the trial may be given the option to continue participating (confirm with trial site)
