Who might be able to join this trial:
For people with cancer:
- People who have a primary diagnosis of cancer
- People who finished their main cancer treatment within the last year, or who have been diagnosed with cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic cancer)
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who are able to read and agree to take part in the trial

For healthy volunteers (people living with a cancer patient):

- People who live in the same home as a patient participant in the trial

- People who can read and speak English
- People who are able to complete follow-up check-ins at set times during the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose doctor has assessed them as having a cognitive impairment that would prevent them from using the digital health coaching program or completing study assessments
- People whose doctor has assessed them as having a neurological, musculoskeletal, or other health condition that would prevent them from being physically active
- People whose life expectancy is less than 6 months
- People who are currently receiving treatment for cancer that has come back (relapsed disease) — though people who experience a relapse after joining the trial may be given the option to continue participating (confirm with trial site)
