Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and can understand Finnish
- You have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) using a specific standard set of diagnostic criteria called Rome IV (all types of IBS are accepted)
- You are currently using a low FODMAP diet (a specific eating plan that limits certain carbohydrates) to manage your IBS symptoms
