Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) confirmed by a laboratory test on a tissue or cell sample
- You have already tried at least 2 standard treatments for your liver cancer
- You have a specific genetic marker called HLA-A*02 (a blood test can check this)
- Your liver cancer is at a certain stage, classified as BCLC stage B or C (confirm with trial site)
- Your liver is still functioning reasonably well, based on a scoring system called Child-Pugh (score of 7 or below)

Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of another type of primary cancer (not counting the liver cancer)
- You have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord lining that is untreated or currently active, have had a history of a condition called hepatic encephalopathy (brain problems caused by liver disease), or have other significant brain or nervous system conditions
- You have an autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body) that requires treatment with immune-suppressing medicines, other than creams or lotions applied to the skin
- You have a known history of a neurological or mental health condition, including epilepsy or dementia
- You have tested positive for HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) or have been diagnosed with AIDS
- You have previously received certain types of cell-based treatments, such as CAR-T therapy, TCR-T therapy, stem cell therapy, or similar immune cell treatments
- You are allergic to the types of medicines used in immunotherapy or the chemotherapy drugs used in this trial (cyclophosphamide and fludarabine)
- You are unable to have either a CT scan or an MRI scan with contrast dye due to an allergy or other medical reason
- The trial doctor believes, for any reason, that the trial would not be appropriate for you
