Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women aged 18 or older
- People who had gestational diabetes (diabetes during pregnancy) that was diagnosed using specific 2013 WHO guidelines, either between 24 and 32 weeks of pregnancy, or before 24 weeks in cases of early gestational diabetes
- People who were diagnosed with prediabetes (blood sugar levels higher than normal but not yet at diabetes levels) between 6 weeks and 12 months after giving birth, based on specific blood sugar test results (confirm with trial site for exact values)
- People who have stopped breastfeeding
- People who are not planning to become pregnant within the next year

- People who have previously had weight-loss (bariatric) surgery, or who have such surgery planned within the next two years
- People who are unable to understand and speak Dutch, French, or English
- People who are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant within one year of taking part in the study
