You have cancer that has spread to your brain or spinal cord and is causing symptoms, has not been treated, or is getting worse.
You have, or have previously had, a condition where your immune system attacks your own body (such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus).
You have previously had a transplant of someone else's stem cells or an organ.
