Who might be able to join this trial:
- Doctors expect you to live for at least 12 weeks or more.
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site for specific fitness level required).
- You have areas of cancer in your body that can be measured on scans.
- You have been confirmed through a tissue test (biopsy) to have an advanced, returned, or spread solid tumour cancer that cannot be cured.
- A sample of your tumour tissue is available for testing.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study or for several months after finishing the study treatment.
- You have received any cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or radiotherapy) within 3 weeks before starting the study.
- You currently have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or tuberculosis.
- You have tested positive for HIV.
- You currently have an active Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection (the virus that causes glandular fever).
- You have received a live vaccine (such as the nasal flu spray) within 4 weeks before starting the study.
- You have cancer that has spread to your brain or spinal cord and is causing symptoms, has not been treated, or is getting worse.
- You have, or have previously had, a condition where your immune system attacks your own body (such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus).
- You have previously had a transplant of someone else's stem cells or an organ.
