The patient must be male and between 2 and 40 years of age (inclusive).
The patient must have genetic test results confirming a harmful change (mutation) in a gene called SLC6A8.
The patient must be able to complete the tasks and procedures required by the study, within the limits of their condition.

Patients who are unable to follow the study procedures, or who have a medical condition or abnormal test results that the trial doctor believes could increase the risks of taking part.
