Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 16 years or older
- People whose seizure-producing area involves the temporal region of the brain that controls language
- People whose brain's language-dominant side has already been identified through prior testing
- People who are due to have surgery to remove part of the temporal lobe of the brain (including areas linked to memory and/or language), with a surgery date that fits within the study schedule
- People who have already completed a specific set of thinking and memory tests, known as the NTB score (confirm with trial site)
- People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part, or whose parent or legal guardian has signed on their behalf
- People whose first language learned from childhood is French
- People who are comfortable using a computer and have access to an internet connection at home

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a speech or communication difficulty that could affect how clearly they can speak or use the study's computer system
- People who have a hearing impairment that has not been corrected (for example, with hearing aids)
- People whose overall IQ score is below 70, based on testing done within the year before the planned surgery
- People who are pregnant, currently breastfeeding, legally detained, or under a legal guardianship or protection order
